Why I need a nominee shareholder or /and nominee director ?

Reasons include:

Hiding identity of beneficiary owner and director
- In Hong Kong, record of shareholder and director is open for public search.
- In other offshore companies, such as BVI, the record is not open for public search. However, when you need to open bank account and other transaction for the offshore company, you may still need to disclose the information deliberately.
Simplifying the company structure - the actual structure of a company may involve many shareholders and directors. This will increase the administrative work when some transaction need to be entered into.
For example, many banks need to know the detail of each beneficiary shareholder. Moreover, each director need to provide banker's reference letter. To avoid such situation, the shareholding and directorship can be registered using 1 shareholder and 1 directors, wherereas they act as nominee for real owner and director.
To save time - when the beneficiary shareholder or director is out of the territory, nominee shareholder and director can be used to sign contract or open bank account. Those legal document for nominee appointment can be handled without the presence of the beneficiary shareholder or director in Hong Kong.

What is PARKING ? How it can help you save money ?

Basic parking service - where we offer ourselves to be your nominee shareholder or /and director. We charge
- minimal fee for parking service, and
- charge by-job service fee when client request actual service later.
This is arranged because some client may not need our service throughout the year. For example, client can operate their company properly without nominee shareholder or /and nominee director signing any document. Most companies are paying too much if no parking service is available !
Packaged service - where we charge package service fee covering
- basic parking service, and
- a list of most commonly required service items.
Packaged service fee is higher than basic parking service fee because client does not need to pay extra (except government fee) as long as the job falls within the list.

1. Nominee Shareholder – Hong Kong & BVI companies

We will provide advisory service to your company relating to shareholding. The charge does not include any administrative service fee for carrying out the duty of nominee shareholder.
Service charging on job basis
	HK$1,00	Execution of duty in the capacity of nominee shareholder (excluding attendance of meeting out of our office).
	HK$4,000	Attendance of meeting out of our office.
	HK$1000	Preparing Declaration of Trust

2. Nominee director – Hong Kong & BVI companies ( Prices Subject To Change )

Client has to sign “Indemnity letter” to protect the interest of nominee director.

ND1	HK$1,200	We will provide director for registration purpose. We will provide advisory service to your company relating to directorship. The charge does not include any administrative service fee for carrying out the duty of nominee directorship.
ND2	HK$4,000	Service of ND1 plus Execution of duty in the capacity of nominee directorship (5 times); Extra fee will be charged for any attendance of meeting out of our office. Service other than above need to be referred to "Service charging on job basis".
