Importance Notice

Some of the virtual office services are not provided by our company;
Please refer to service provider's updated information when you engage the service or when you're using the service;
Our service fee is to help client to engage the services (HK$1,000). Client should deal with the service provider directly after initial setup (about future payment and future setup changes);

Corresponding Address - Hong Kong Address

In our Annual Register Address Parking, this is already provided for small volume of mail;
Whenever we received mail, we'll send client email advice and wait for client instruction - to collect or to forward by courier;
If you need to engage it seperately, the annual parking fee is HK$1,200
When we forward mail to you, we'll charge cost plus 20% as service fee (minimum fee applies).
For detail, please refer to "Register Address Parking" section;
If client expect a large volume of mail or visit of your customer / client, this may not be suitable. Pls advise and discuss if necessary.

Hong Kong Telephone number - Call Fowarding Number

The Service

Client can have a HK telephone no., and can setup destination no. to receive the call:
destination no. can be HK telephone no., or non-HK telephone no.;
destination no. can be landline or mobile no.;
there is no need of installation;
client can change the destination no. by phone or via internet (depends on service provider);
monthly service fee is around HK$60 plus IDD fee base on usage (depends on destination location);
usually, 12 months service fee advance payment is required;

We encourage clients to engage the service by themselves.
If client request our work to setup the service, we charge one-off fee of HK$1,000;
Client should deal with the service provider directly after initial setup (about future payment and future setup changes);

The Service

Client will have a HK fax number;
Recevie fax
- Client can receive fax via email;
- Client can the destination email as he prefers;
- Monthly fixed fee of around HK$100
- usually, 12 months service fee advance payment is required;
Send fax
- usually, with extra fee, client can use internet to send fax out from the HK fax number;
- for detail, need to refer to service provider;

The Service

The service is usually provided by business center;
Client will have a HK telephone number;
People call the HK no., and service provider will answer the call (with your required greeting);
Service provider will advise client about the message, or divert the call according to client's instruction;
Monthly fee of ranges from HK$200 to HK$800 (depends on service provider and detail service content);
usually,12 months service fee advance payment is required;
